Our trainers get to know you, and provide personal guidance and feedback
We create a supportive environment of committed, like-minded peers
The learning is interactive, including personal coaching sessions with the trainers, one-on-one peer exercises, group discussions and skill practice
We support you to set your career intention and take steps toward reaching your goals
After completing the training, you will continue to be a member of the Terra community, dedicated to supporting each other in career change and advancement

Year-long training program, with four modules of three months each
Weekly two-hour classes in the evening or on the weekend

SET THE FOUNDATION EXPLORE YOUR CAREER PATHThe first part of the program will introduce you to the foundational principles of Processwork and methods for working with challenging people and situations We then explore and support the trajectory of your career Explore places of success and prosperity in your work Explore places of failure or dejection, and how to learn from them Identify your goals for career development Understand your dreams and fears Start to explore ways to realize your path

WORK ON INNER CRITICS CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP RANK AND POWERBuilding on the learning and skills of the first module, we explore three key facets of career development First, we work with inner critics: Get to know your inner sources of criticism in their many forms Find ways to claim back your power, and to release your creativity and confidence Second, we cultivate your capacities as a leader: Get to know your leadership aspirations and calling Identify your strengths and leadership capacities Find your role models and allies, and get support from them Discover and foster your unique leadership style Third, we learn about inner and outer rank and power: Understand different types of rank that a person can hold - Rank that stems from social, economic, and institutional position - Rank that stems of internal capacities and life experience Learn to recognize your rank, and that of others Work on your places of disempowerment and internalized oppression

WORKING WITH CONFLICT MANAGING GROUPSThis part of the training offers tools for working with individuals and groups in conflict: Explore sources and stages of conflict Understand the structure of conflict and processes of escalation and de-escalation Practice working on relationship and internal conflicts We learn powerful approaches for facilitating groups: Understand group dynamics and roles Learn to support groups to be in conversation and work through difficulties

DISCOVER YOUR CAREER PURPOSE INTENTION SETTING AND THE PATH FORWARDThe final part of the training focuses on developing clarity about your career and leadership path: Discover your life myth and explore key events in your life Review your leadership style and special capacities Explore your relationship with money and success Bring it all together to understand your career path and aspirations We then chart out your development beyond the course: Clarify your vision Set intentions for future growth Draw on community support to root your development
